Called today outside of legal calling hours and claimed someone would be at my house and my work on Monday with do***ents within a 2hr window. Threatened that if I was not available it would be considered refusal to sign. Asked me to call 832-730-7410 with a file number. It said I had been officially notified, yet I do not have my name on the vm for them to know if they reached me.
