Leave a CommentSir, If you are going to write a review on our company/product please get the information correct. Your wife called our office multiple times, I had the secretary tell your wife that we would have the owner of the company (What customer with a question or comment wouldn't want to speak with the owner? A customer should feel privileged to speak with the actual owner of the company rather than with some manager) call her back once he arrived in the office. Your wife obviously didn't find that satisfying. She did not trust our company and proceeded to make our secretary nearly ***ke down and cry. I picked up the phone with her and she proceeded to call me and my company a dishonest company and told me that she thought that we would just run away with her check and never return it to her. Sir, tell me how you'd feel if I walked up to you and call you a liar to your face? I tried to reason with her, but to no avail. I could not get across to this woman (If you would've been on the phone you would agree with me.). I finally had to raise my voice in order to make myself heard and I said, "Ma'am (yes I use manners) I couldn't care less if you buy from me, I couldn't care less about your check. I'm not about to get a negative review on my company or go to court over one worthless check (which is the truth, we strive to have good customer satisfaction and a good rating.). I was tired of being yelled at for no reason. I was tired of having my company and myself belittled by this woman. She still did not believe that she would get her money back. I told her that if she still didn't trust us she needed to cancel her check. I also gave her the proper instructions on how to cancel and said, "Ma'am, if you do this there is no way that we could ever keep your check, if you do this you will be covered 100% by the full extent of the law. Now does that sound like someone who wants to cheat someone out of their money? If your wife would've calmed down and listened to me, my voice would've never been raised. I do not like to raise my voice and it doesn't happen very often. I ask you sir to ask your wife just how she acted on the phone. I would appreciate an apology. I do not appreciate when people lie. Tell me sir, just how long did it take for us to give your check back? How long did it take for me to have the sales rep contact your wife? We did not sting you both on or "Berate" you both in any way. If you would like to talk on the phone, I'm in the office 6 days a week. PS, your wife knows that she was in the wrong. I'm sorry I had to be the one to put her in her place. If she had been civil with me, I wouldn't have had to go home with a headache.
Be extremely skeptical of this company. I took a short phone survey for them on air quality and received a call later claiming that I had won 3 prizes but in order to receive the prizes, I had to sit through a "product demonstration" for an air filter and all that was expected of me was some consumer feedback. I questioned the phone surveyor on this, asking for verification that this is not a sales pitch and just a demonstration. I should have known better.I allowed the prize deliverer and "product demonstrator" in for a full ****n high-pressure sales pitch that lasted 3 hours for the Filtropur air purifier and vacuum. They come into your home with an air monitor and tell you how bad your air is and show you how well the filters remove the contaminants. Our salesman made claims that Filtropur air purification systems have been in the medical market for decades and recently moved into the residential market. He also made a claim that the Department of Defense contracted with them to develop air purification systems for Navy submarines. When I asked for product reviews, user testimonials, or any printed materials backing up the claims, he skirted the question and mentioned so****ing about how there was EPA information out there but it was hard to find. When we showed disinterest in the products, the salesman went from nice to nasty and tried to blame us for being bad parents and not caring for the health of our children. At $1900 for the vacuum or air filter, who can afford to buy on an impulse when you know nothing about a product except what the salesman tells you. We had to purchase right then and it didn't seem like he'd leave until he made the sale. We finally haggled the price down and caved and bought a vacuum. We were told we had three days to return it if not satisfied. We needed a new vacuum and this comes with a lifetime warranty. And it is a nice product but worth $1400? Who knows? After he left, I searched the internet like mad for anything about the product. There is nothing out there except the manufacturer's website. There are no reviews to be found. If this were really ground breaking technology, there should be so****ing, right? We decided to return it after all. My wife called and spoke with the manager who was irate and berated her over and over. We did return the vacuum and got our check back.Maybe the product is a good product. Maybe its not. I don't know and with no information available on the products ANYWHERE, I wasn't willing to take the risk. My advise, be very Skeptical of Treasure Valley Air and Filtropur.
We received one of those scratchy cards from Kings. You of course win one of the prizes, then have to call that number to get your prize. They then tell you that they have to send out a salesperson "just because their contract says they have to". At that point I smelt a rat and came looking for evidence of a scam. So watch out for those scratchy cards as well.
the guy was nice over worked and over promising WHERE S MY DIGITAL CAMERA HE SAID IT WOULD BE HERE IN 2 DAYS WHAT SCHEME NO SURVEY BY LAW ITS A SCAM GOOD LUCK LOCK YOURDOORS THEY MAY BE BACK AT NIGHT TO HELP THEMSELVES DEVIN
Go to https://www.donotcall.gov/. This is the national 'Do Not Call Registry. If you are not signed up, do so, then file a complaint. Next, go to http://www.coloradonocall.com/. This is the Colorado no call registry. A***n, if you are not signed up, do so, then file a complaint. The survey is bogus. This is just a telemarketing scheme. Mac
I also said yes to sitting through a sales pitch for their three free gifts. Steak Knives, Salsa Maker, 3 days and two nights at a nice get away hotel. Sat through the sales pitch and found out the two items they are trying to sell will cost you over $4000.00 . I just hope no one falls for this scam unless they are really in need of this equiptment. """"TIP""" Once the seller vac***s a spot on the carpet and shows you all the dirt their super vac picks up. Wait till they leave, get your vac and put a piece of clean white light cloth over the end of the pipe then put the nozzle on to secure the cloth. Now scrub vac the same area as the sales person vac***ed. Check your white cloth. Yes it's very ***** and if you do it a***n it will get ***** a***n. The thing that reall burned me was I wanted that Salsa maker, Ha ! go figure, the only item the person didn't have was the Salsa maker. He Did give me four ****ese made steak knives and a pamplet for the vacation get away. The get away looks kind of suspect so I'll check it out just to get a good laugh. ** they better send me a salsa maker or else.** Ha! hope this helps some people out there to not get scammed.
yea sounds like a sham saw the positng on cl.
They are ****** liars. they falsely claim they are conducting a survey, or falsely claim you filled one out, so that they can get around the do-not-call laws which they are in fact violating. So they are not only liars, they are crooks. The 2nd worst thing you can do is let them into your house. THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED. They may be casing your property. The worst thing you can do is actually buy this overpriced JUNK. DO NOT SUPPORT ILLEGAL "BUSINESSES" LIKE THIS.
Treasure Valley Air is trying to sell Filter Queen Products. You can go to FilterQueen.com. There is no obligation to buy in order to get the gifts, but you do have to sit through the demo. They show the Majestic (a vacuum) and the Defender (air purifier). The products are nice, but expensive. I was curious about them so I went ahead and said yes to the offer. The gifts aren't all to great, but I did get all 3 without buying anything. The young man who came to my house was very polite and professional, but did try to get me to buy. They do follow through, but they need to be more honest about what they're doing. I still don't remember even doing a survey, that they said I did to begin with. The good thing that came out of the demo, is at least they have now stopped calling me.
