Multiple phone calls

Sir, If you are going to write a review on our company/product please get the information correct. Your wife called our office multiple times, I had the secretary tell your wife that we would have the owner of the company (What customer with a question or comment wouldn't want to speak with the owner? A customer should feel privileged to speak with the actual owner of the company rather than with some manager) call her back once he arrived in the office. Your wife obviously didn't find that satisfying. She did not trust our company and proceeded to make our secretary nearly ***ke down and cry. I picked up the phone with her and she proceeded to call me and my company a dishonest company and told me that she thought that we would just run away with her check and never return it to her. Sir, tell me how you'd feel if I walked up to you and call you a liar to your face? I tried to reason with her, but to no avail. I could not get across to this woman (If you would've been on the phone you would agree with me.). I finally had to raise my voice in order to make myself heard and I said, "Ma'am (yes I use manners) I couldn't care less if you buy from me, I couldn't care less about your check. I'm not about to get a negative review on my company or go to court over one worthless check (which is the truth, we strive to have good customer satisfaction and a good rating.). I was tired of being yelled at for no reason. I was tired of having my company and myself belittled by this woman. She still did not believe that she would get her money back. I told her that if she still didn't trust us she needed to cancel her check. I also gave her the proper instructions on how to cancel and said, "Ma'am, if you do this there is no way that we could ever keep your check, if you do this you will be covered 100% by the full extent of the law. Now does that sound like someone who wants to cheat someone out of their money? If your wife would've calmed down and listened to me, my voice would've never been raised. I do not like to raise my voice and it doesn't happen very often. I ask you sir to ask your wife just how she acted on the phone. I would appreciate an apology. I do not appreciate when people lie. Tell me sir, just how long did it take for us to give your check back? How long did it take for me to have the sales rep contact your wife? We did not sting you both on or "Berate" you both in any way. If you would like to talk on the phone, I'm in the office 6 days a week. PS, your wife knows that she was in the wrong. I'm sorry I had to be the one to put her in her place. If she had been civil with me, I wouldn't have had to go home with a headache.

Treasure Valley Air in Fort Collins conducts fake surveys to find homeowners with money, and then exploits gullible people.  They will tell you they are sending somebody to your house to conduct air quality tests, and give you a free gift, but that somebody will do a high pressure sales pitch and you will not be able to get them out the door.Do not let these s*** into your home. Do not accept any free gift, i.e. digital camera or music player: you don't want it.  Really.If you let the creepy salesman into your house, take inventory of your valuables.
