Please to anyone out there stay away from individual. He preys on the vulnerable to get money out of you anyway, anyhow.

When you block them they just use a different number. I have turned them into the FTC and my phone carrier. They left a voicemail saying press# to be disconnected or press # to be connected. Either way, it a losing phone number.
