That I had a ticket that was about to have my license suspended, i haven't had a ticket or ever been stopped by a police.

the person on the line with a foreign accent said that illegal substances was being shipped to my address, and he also verified my address. also said that foreing transactions and bank accounts was made under my name.

Scammer , and can’t call back. Says your call can’t be completed as dialed. I didn’t dial it just called back who called me.
