I think this is just another number and name Ind Sur Group is using. With this number their caller ID is PSG. SPAM.

SPAM Callback with C-ID ambiguous number gets 1 of 2 robo answers with an obvious cal ringtone switchover: "We are unable to determine the number from which you're calling ..." OR "You have rec'd a marketing call ... blah, blah" Press1 if you want to be removed from our marketing call list" ... which only confirms that they've reached YOUR working number. DO NOT ANSWER calls from this number. SPAM

This is a "handoff" scam. They call pretending to be a research/survey group then falsely state that you have been awarded a 2 day 2 night cruise on the carribean cruiselines ship "Ba***** Cele***tion". When you go to the "cruise line operator" at their boiler room you get a beautiful description of the wonderful cruise. Then a very quick "what credit card will you be using". They want you to send immediately $59 per person ($118 required, so the fee is actually per room). and Oh by the way you can wait up to 18 months to take this trip. And then, there will be an additional $48 per person fuel upcharge and a $48 per room gratuity fee. So you will be paying $262 for a 2 day out-and-back trip on a cattle car. This is a fraud is several ways. If you have been dumb enough to sign up, reverse the transaction immediately with your credit card company. It would be a good idea to c****e card numbers too since the boiler room folks sound really oily.
