Dale At least the tenth call saying it was the final call to lower my credit card interest...Yeah, right. Called today, it went to message. They left message. I let it ring in. When a male **** answered, he got an earful and ***g up on me. My wife called back, got the same ****, who ***g up on her when she asked why they do not remove numbers when asked. I have put this on several spam sites to no avail as I think the DNC list is about as useful as our politicians.

lsmit person speaking said she was with the college. hmmm??? my cell dropped the call before i could find out which college. tried to call the number back but it is supposedly disconnected. hmmm!!??

SF They called me at 12:39 pm Pacific time today. The guy said that they were looking for****ociates or partners in my area. I asked him to confirm that this was an unsolicited sales call to my cell phone, that I have to pay for, and that is registered on the do not call list. He apologized and ***g up quickly.

Victim It is a felony as of Dec 2010 for company to call without the correct caller id. If you can get their info you can sue them and they have to pay attorney fees. You won't make more than a few thousand dollars but maybe it will stop them calling. Card Services was the first id then it switched to PacTel. I never answer any calls from people I do not know. If they are hiding their true id they are criminals and their is no reason to speak to them. They will go out of business if you would stop answering the calls. I turned my answering ma****es off also. People who answer and answer ma****es tell the computers to keep calling you and give your number out. Which they sell.

well, that was a mistake. bases on last post I called the number think I would get my insurance company and got a message thanking me for calling back. there was an option to be taken off their list for special promotions, but at that point It's too late - they already got a response out of me.
