It’s a recording that does not say a name, but says there’s an issue that needs to be addressed immediately or legal action will be taken according to state laws where I reside. They call day after day for numerous times and my auto detection says it likely a scam. I agree.

Called 4 times in a row and then claimed that there was a suit being brought a***nst me if I did not return the call.
