I believe this is a collect caller from the Marion County Jail

Anonymous This scammer calls from this number posing as Sheriff Nick ***ter in Salem Oregon with the Marion County Sheriff's office. He is African American and the real Nick ***ter is Caucasian. He reads off case numbers and says that you didn't show up for a Grand jury and are being held in contempt and have been fined $4000. Its a scam DO NOT send them any money. My lawyer and law enforcement friends said the Sheriff would NEVER call. And contempt of court is not that big of a fine.

Calling on a recorded line, when asked how they have my number or to be removed they **** up... scam and block, they call back for different numbers

This is a spammer from Twitter. I used a blocked number to text with the number and they couldnt even type complete sentences. They claimed to be from Oregon but now for some unknown reason, they live in Africa.
