I'm not sure if this is a scammer, I don't answer my phone if I don't recognize the number. and this number never leaves a message, so I will call this a scammer call

Claimed to be a credit agency but I use credit carma and all several other credit agencies and closely monitor my credit. I get notified anytime anything even remotely sniffs near my credit and I have never heard of this place. When I looked online the company is based back east but the phone number that called is from Portland Oregon.
