Yes, this is capital one calling this is their number to let you know that you have a bill currently past due. I was 17 days past due. This was due to their fault not mine. I have a son with cancer I stay away from home I asked them to put me on the EBill and do not bills to my house. They did not do that so I was left to owing a late fee. Now I have to pay a $10 late fee because of them not put this simple request to my acct,

Told them that I was tired of getting calls from them and told to remove me from their list, they apologized and said they would remove my number. Just call them and raise hell them.

This is Capital One Auto Finance (sort of) This is (Generally) not a collection call It is them trying to get you to schedule your payments using an automatic debit from your checking or savings account. You can set it up weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or twice a month based on your paycheck schedule. This is to keep your payments up to date & on-time Not sure why everyone is all up in arms about receiving this call, just set it up or tell them you would rather mail it in.. Pretty simple 5 minute phone call..

I got a call from this number.  When I answered, no one was on the other line.  I called the number back and it was for Capital One.  It is not collection as I just got a car loan from there, and my first payment is not due until May.
