This lady called me and told me that she was my insurance company and wanted to send me my insurance card. When I s****ed asking her questions such as; who is on my benefit plan, And what was the name of the insurance company should could not answer basic questions. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she ***g up on me. I already have an insurance card which is up to date from a well known insurance company. This lady is a scammer!!!
