My company has a live switchboard operator who's system has been getting attacked by multiple concurrent calls from this number, purportedly Chase. Literally 5-10 inbound calls from the same caller id at the same time. I have access to our phone system and was able to set a rule for that caller id to bypass the operator and go straight to phone extension "No User." So far this helps the operator but I don't have insight into how disruptive this may be for other legit callers trying to contact us but are getting busy signals. If I could get some advanced logging, we could forward that to the FBI as this does cons***ute a voice/data Denial of Service attack on our systems and is being performed across state lines.
