I got a call from them....they were very professional, Id'd themselves as Sterling Investigation, stated they were trying to reach so & so. I asked I asked her if she was law enforcment or a private investigator and she said no, no...they are only Skip Tracers / Coleections. I was floored !!! Finnaly an honest collections person. I asked what it was about and the lady said by law and the FDCPA she could not 3rd party disclose info....someone is running an honest tight ship !! She left me a toll free # of 1-866-790-4040. I knew the person they were trying to reach gave her the number and they treated her respectfully and actually helped get her finances resolved and concluded and kept her car. Good Job Sterling !!!
