That is definately ACE CASH EXPRESS at that number. I have a pending lawsuit a***nst them for multiple violations of PENNSYLVANIA law all in connection with the collection of an alleged debt. If you live in PENNSYLVANIA and are receiving calls from ACE, chances are they are recording your conversation with them. Problem with that is, in Pennsylvania, it is a violation of the state wiretapping act to intercept or record a telephone conversation with out "prior consent" of all parties. Its's a Felony 3 violation punishable by up to seven years in prison. The details of my case a***nst ACE is outlined here: www.isuedacecashexpress.com
I want to know who are this people that keep calling me.i dont appreciate it that they call me every five minutes.
BLACK EDUCATE WOMAN...........................It is sorry *ss low life people like you that think the world owes you! You take out a payday loan that is a short term loan, 2 weeks! Not a 5 month loan, then you complain that a company calls you cause you owe them money. Why didn't you go get a regular loan from a bank???? No one forced you to take the loan in the first place, you are most likely one of those that knew you weren't going to pay the loan back, then you have the nerve to come on here and compain. A***n, you are part of the reason this country is in the economic state it is in. So, I say to you, c****e your name first and learn how to spell...What is "Black Educate Woman"? You going to use the race card next when they call you a***n, or are you going to actually pay back the money that is not yours!
ace will never get any money becasue as long as they have that woman latisha working for them they will never get paid it is okay to talk to people about what they owe but is it a***nst the LAW to be on a record lining violating other people inforamtion. This country ****** b***h she will call and keep calling and she sounds like a f***in idiot and she seems like she does not want the money she just want to argue with the person over the phone. I have contact the atty. general office in texas and told them what is going on and the said that they will take care of the situation. Now it is my time to get money from ace since they have a idiot that works for them and don' want to do anything but argue with everyone. ****** b***h!!!!!!!!!
ACE has called me numerous times. They said that Tony, (an old friend of mine) used me as a reference, and has defaulted on a loan. I've told them several times that Tony moved to California last summer, and I have not heard from him since. Then the caller gets angry and says that I need to find Tony and make him call them back. Are these people crazy? Why should I look for him?I think I found a solution though. The last time they called and were rude to me, I asked them to "hold on". I put the phone down, and went out to lunch. When I got back, they had ***g up. I wonder how long they waited before they gave up? Funny...I haven't received another call.I don't suggest doing this if you owe them money, but if they are calling you for someone else's debt, try it. It worked for me.

I get a call from ACE America---calling about a case number and a Joseph being in a very serious situation. They don't tell you what it is about, just that money is needed to take care of situation. I don't know any Joseph and this is a harrassing call. Tell them to go stick it and quit calling. This is not legit.
What Restrictions Are Imposed On Collection Agencies By The FDCPA?The FDCPA restricts debt collectors from engaging in conduct including the following:•Contacting a third party who does not owe the debt, such as a relative, neighbor, or your employer. Co-signers to the debt, however, may be contacted by the debt collector; •Threatening to refer your account to an attorney, harm your credit rating, repossession or garnishment, without actual intention of action on the threat. Please note that a debt collector may warn you of an actual impending intention to refer your case to an attorney or to report your debt to a credit agency. What they cannot do is use a false threat to try to intimidate you into paying; •Making repeated telephone calls or telephone calls at unreasonable times. The act defines unreasonable times as contat before 8:00 AM or after 9:00 PM, unless you have given the debt collector permission to contact you during those hours; •Placing telephone calls to an inconvenient place. For example, contacting you at work in violation of a policy by your employer that is known to the debt collector or following a request by you that they not contact you at work; •When placing a telephone call to you at work, informing your employer of the purpose of the call, unless first asked by the employer; •Using obscenity, racial slurs or insults; •Sending letters which appear to have come from a court; •Seeking collection fees or interest charges not permitted by your contract or by state law; •Requesting post-dated checks with the intention to prosecute if they bounce; •Suing in courts far removed from your place of residence; •Making certain false representations in****ociation with efforts to collect the debt, including the false claim that the person contacting you in relation to the debt is an attorney, falsely claiming to have s****ed a lawsuit, using a false name, or using stationery that is designed to look like an official court or government communication; •Using false claims to collect information about the debtor, such as pretending to be conducting a survey; •Threatening you with arrest if you do not pay the debt. What Must The Debt Collector Tell You About The Debt?Within five days of their first contact with you, the debt collector must send you a written notice telling you:•How much money you reportedly owe; •The name of the creditor to whom the debt is owed; •That unless you, within thirty days after receipt of the notice, dispute the validity of the debt or any portion thereof, the debt will be****umed valid by the debt collector; •That if you dispute the debt in full or in part within that thirty day period, the debt collector will obtain verification of the debt and mail it to the consumer; and •That upon your written request within the thirty day period, the debt collector will provide you with the name and address of the original creditor, if different from the current creditor. The first notice must also include a warning known as the "Mini-Miranda Warning", which must state that the communication is from a debt collector and that any information obtained may be used to collect the debt. Except for pleadings****ociated with a legal action, all subsequent communication from the debt collector must also include this warning.

Call from 972-550-5000 and no one answered ...
This phone number belongs to the corporate office of ACE Americas Cash Express located in Irving, Texas. If you get a call from this number it is probably about a loan that either you or someone you know has taken out and defaulted on. Possibly someone you knew got a loan and used you as a reference. Or, a call from this company is about a check that has returned for some reason. So, if you have never gotten a loan from ACE or never cashed a check there then don't sweat it.
Recieved a call from "Ashley" stating this was not a sales call. Urgent that I call back. (you could hear many voices in the background-definately telemarketers). She said if we didn't call back they would take further action.Well let them keep calling and I will take further action!!!!!!
