Robo callers that you can't call back because it says it's disconnected.

This woman is someone that is openly telemarketing in clear disregard of the No Call registration list. She clearly is an English as a second language person who makes open her disrespect for the privacy rights of others much less the law. She is purporting to offer end of life insurance coverage but clearly she's just trying to collect sensitive personal information so she can defraud the people that she is speaking to. If you receive a call from her please go to FTC.gov and Reporter as well as report her to the state insurance board, the Texas attorney or your state attorney general, your local law-enforcement agencies and post on the Internet her number and name to discourage others from being victims.
