Android User Just a follow up regarding. Service provided by customer svc staff @ BCBS. NICE to see that someone actually monitors the quality of svc a company provides and hopefully works to maintain or improve customer service experience.

Caller calls and when no one answers the caller just ****s up with no message. Most likely a spam caller. I'll just block their number, makes things easy!!

BCBS insurance but did not leave a message.

If they weren't spamming me, they'd leave me a message so I'd know who they were, why they were calling, etc, and then I could call them back on my own time
