I just bought a Chevy truck and traded my s***d3 so from the other comments I'm guessing my missed call from this # had so****ing to do with that. same thing happened when I bought my Honda. May be from true car.com since I used that site to get prices each time I bought said cars. oh well anyway ***g up b4 answer and no voicemail left.

I had service done on my truck at a dealership, and they want me to take a survey about it

just called a***n. i answered and it was an automated message on behalf of southwest kia. hopefully the calls will stop now.

I have received several calls from this number, but not answered and no message left.  From reading other's comments about this number on here, I****ume these calls are coming from some customer service satisfaction/survey follow up to routine service I've had done on my car at Freeman Hyundai in Irving, Texas.

Inbound call from company called CSM.  Asking for feedback about transaction at a retail establishment.

This is a company hired by a dealership to do customer survey's.  Clearly identified themselves and the place I did business at.  Not a scam, just annoying when they call over dinner.

I just received a call from this number 972.819.1591 also...found this google site.  my cell is a ***nd new cell, only a handful of friends have it.But I just had work done 3 days ago at a local Chevy dealership.  This is the number I gave them when it was to be ready, it is most likely a customer service survey after reading the above threads.

Have called about 4 times and not left a message. I am in the process of looking and buying a new car. Could be a marketing call.

they also called me about a Nissan purchase. Probably contracted by multiple retailers to call customers.

I have been called 3 times. Never any messages left. I do not own a Ford and have never had work done at a Ford Dealership. I think this just may be more evidence of a phishing scam

This number calls multiple x/day and sometimes there's a message left about customer satisfaction with a recent service done on my vehicle at a Ford Dealership.  I've never owned a Ford and never had any car repair work done at a Ford Dealership.  I think it's a phishing scam.

Didn't answer the call in time, and when i tried to call them back it beeped three times and ***g up.  This happened eveytime I tried to call the number back.

I have been looking for a Ford and after reading this board it looks like it is a follow up call.  Like a lot of other people I am using my caller id to screen my calls.  If I don't know the number I don't answer, if they leave a message and I have interest I do call them back.  I mainly do this because I have recently c****ed my cell phone plan to a prepaid service.  I did this to reduce my monthly flat fee that I have not been using.

I had some work done at a Chevrolet dealership here in Dallas and s****ed getting calls from this number w/in 48 hours.

They called twice last week - didn't leave a message.

I was called for a customer service survey for a Mercury dealership where I recently purchased a vehicle.

Called two times now. ***g up both times

They finally left a message and they were calling about body work done at a ford dealership recently... customer satisfaction survey, now i wish i answered because i was not satisfied.
