This is a scam. He is advertizing a house for rent while this house doesn't belong to him. He has put beautiful photos there and claims that he is man of God in a mission for God in Texas. That address is available but the house doesn't belong to him. Then he asks for $550 deposit to keep the house for you.

I get several calls from this number each month. I never answer since I don't know who it is, and they never leave a message. Another site has this number as an unfixed VOIP, Google+ or Skype.

Said they were a debt collector from southwest airline in a message. Guy with heavy Jamaican accent. Has to be a scam.
