Said his people were delivering a Car, check and Gift basket Sept 7 or 8th. The letter stating what I was receiving had a PCH letter head and was a poor copy. He calls between 4 and 8 times a day trying to reassure it's real. On the 4th or 5th day finally said I would be ask to pay a minimal fee. And there is No TEXT COMMUNICATIONS ANYWHERE IN THE U.S
