Dave is an independent processor in my county and has a scheduled service for me between 3-5pm at my place of employment or residence and for me to call to reschedule

They're calling me repeatedly saying they have a do***ent to deliver to me between the hours of 1500 & 1700 either at my residence or place of employment. They also said that by not calling them back it will be considered a refusal and processed without me. Not only are they calling me,but family members as well.

They said they would serve me with do***ents between 3pm and 5pm at my place of employment or my home. Who the he** calls to announce they're going to serve you papers?!?!?! SPAMMERS

Said they had a do***ent to deliver and if I didn't respond I'd miss my court date. I don't have anything pending in court. Don't believe these people. If you really had a do***ent that needed to be served they wouldn't call in advance.

Said they had certified do***ents to bring to me and don’t usually give a call ahead of time but the person that filed the do***ents wanted to give me an opportunity to “make things right” ?? these ppl are a joke! Knew it was 100% a scam when I asked if they had the code to gate to get to my house and they said “yes” ??? (there is no gate to my house)

The caller said they were calling for Kaufman County and had a do***ent for me to sign and would come to my house or place of employment to deliver it the following day between such & such hours if I did call and continued to ignore it.

They are going to my place of employment and deliver some do***ents. Calls on unknown number and claims he is from LA County on a Texas landline
