Calling an ****ing up

I am receiving harassing calls from 972-895-7569 claiming to have someones social security number which is connected to false IRS information. When I call the number back, it says call rejected. The person that owns the number lives in Alton, IL, but the number is a Texas number.

Keeps calling me and leaving no messages.
