This is illegal Robocall and buy a company that has the website neighborhoodcontractor.com. Regardless of which number they called from they are openly violating the Robocall list and think it’s funny. They don’t care apparently that this is $1000 violation every time they call one of us on the no call list. File a complaint with FTC.gov and look at the Robocall law. You have a right to recover money from these people for disturbing your peace if you were listed on the No Call lot. If you’re a business do not do business with these people.
