Jeff Lloyd Claimed to be an "Insurance company" looking for my husband.  Phone line was extremely static.  Hard to make out the person's name or what little they were saying.  Phone cut out after I said he wasn't home.   Caller ID said "NEWARK".  We're in New Jersey.
