Lucas ust received a call around 1:30 PM Pacific. Got the recording of Heather, wanting to reduce my credit card rates. Pressed 1 when prompted, about 15-20 seconds of papers being shuffled, and finally a gentleman with an English (British) accent said*****o. I asked who they were trying to reach, he dodged the question and asked if I was responding about the credit card rate reduction. I asked what credit card company he represented, and he ***g up. A simple phishing operation trying to obtain credit card information.
