I just received a call from someone **** at this number who told me he was calling because he saw my listing on B&B.com. I waited for him to state his question or reservation request. When he asked me if I was still there I said yes and he repeated that he was calling about my listing. A***n I said, "yes?" He then began insulting me telling me that my silence makes the hair on the back of his neck raise like a cat and that he would not want to stay at my Inn with my unfriendly personality. He was going to offer me a free google listing, but not now that he has spoken to me. He said "you do know google don't you? They own the internet." I politely told him I get dozens of solicitation calls a day, thanked him for the call and said goodbye all while he was still ranting. The entertainment we get for free is usually better than what we pay for!
