It is an automated Message Heather at "Account Services" calling about my "current credit card account"; informed me there was nothing wrong with my account, but I may qualify for a lower rate... as low as 6.9%. But I had better hurry, as my eligibility would expire shortly and to press 1 to lower rate or press 2 to opt out. I did neither and it ***g up.

Received silent voice mail from this number. Will report to every regulatory agency I can think of.

Didn't answer the call. I don't typically answer random numbers that just say the abbreviated state letters (NJ.) They didn't leave a message. So after reading these comments I went on ahead and blocked the number. IPhone has that great feature, would recommend it to anyone else with that.

They called my cell phone today and the caller ID said "Verizon".....I did not answer it and later, for fun, I tried to call them back so I could give them a piece of my mind....the line was busy.....I never take a call from unknown numbers or from numbers I do not recognize, so glad I did not answer this one. ****s!!

I pressed 1 and cursed the Indian guy out. then I noticed 45 minutes later, the idiot called 8 times in a row. I guess the dumb a** couldn't figure out he was blocked.

first they call my house phone every freakin day. now they are calling my cell phone. i tell them to take me off their call list and they wont. they are very rude. they will **** up if you dont go along with them
