Says nothing or speaks in a different language OR breathes heavily into the phone calls 25 times a day

When all else fails block them as I did

To those that have gotten a phone call from this phone number may or May not want to answer because they continue to call and will not leave you alone and I consider it as phone harassment.

They are scamming people out of their hard earned money!!

I have no idea who this was they would not tell my husband.
