I received a call from 973 848-5719 several times.  There was an automated message to reduce CC interest rate.  I just ***g up an didn't wait to explore the source of the call, figuring it wasn't worth my time.

"an" should have been "a".  Sorry.

Got a call from this number today. If they left an actual message, it must not have been picked up by my service because all I heard was an badly and barely audible automatic woman's voice recite these letters:S (or was it F?) O N (she then says "dash") T A N W O L F (she says "dash") MAThat's it.***???

I got a call from this number yes****ay and today, no msgs. Will post if I learn more.

I have been getting at least two calls a day.  The message they leave is just short and just say they are from "card services",  I have news for them, I am not behind on any of my credit cards, and I am sure not going to make a long distance call to them.  I blocked their number.

they call every two hours on my cell. I have no credit cards with BOAA

The first call I didn't answer and they left no message. The second time I did answer, they said they where from a bank and asked to verify personal information. Fishing scammers!

The call is from "Card Services". It is some kind of collection agency not to hard press the customer but to remind him/her his/her account is past due and must be paid at least minimum due to avoid more penalties.Bank of America for one is sure to use these services. I wont be able to know more about if they have other banks using them. They are NOT BOA. BOA uses their services. They wont mis-use your info but yes, calls like that definitely adds to the stress.I got a call like 4 hours back. Now I called them back from Skype (no number for me) and tormented 2 difft collectors who kept on looking for that morsel they were about to get.Feeling better now with that plus 1*** diazepam. yoohhoooooooRonnie (not my real name lol, I am from North India)

I have never done business with Bank of America and got a call from that number. Has someone considered reporting it?

I just got a call from 973 848 5719. When I called back I was placed on hold after being told it was card services.  Got su****ious and googled the number and found this site.  There is so****ing fishy about this number for sure.

received a call from 973-848-5719 said they were from card services and that they could help lower the interest rates on my credit card.  I asked which card they were with and they said they couldn't tell me.  They wanted me to give them my information and became upset when I told them that I wouldn't give them any of my information.  If they were calling from one of the banks I have cards through they should have my information.  They then ***g up.

Just another annoying computer generated call. I get several daily.

Another incessant collection agency making the holiday season miserable. At least they have a job.

Got a call the ID said it was from NEWARK NJ but the message was from Card Services. A nasty message. I deleted it.

This is Card Services an internal collection agency for Bank of America Credit Cards. The number is programmed to call automatically and when you speak, it will be routed to the Card Services Customer Support team.Hope this info helps
