Received a message from number 973-929-2279 on 5/9/11 from the legal dept. of ACS.  Yeah, right.  The guy was obviously Indian and he said don't disregard this message, it is extremely time sensative, and that there is a legal case filed a***nst me.  If so, why haven't I heard anything from the court system by now?

I fellow called me at work with a east indian accent I did not talk him but my manager did he told her that was a officer and she said he s****ed to yell at her so she ***g up on him not two minutes later he called back and the****istant manager just took a message for me. He says his name is officer David Watson.I when I call the number its has a answer ma****e saying this person at this ext number which they give is not avaibable please leave a message.

Phone number 9739292279 aka Officer Joe brown keeps calling me .Threating me with jail and fines up to 3000.Who is this guy

The caller, with a thick Indian accent, asked for Steve Hart, who is an employee with us. I asked if this was work related, and he said "Yes". He asked that I take his number down and tell Steve to call him. The name he gave me was John Hudson with ACS. He was very reluctant to give me his name or company name, yet kept insisting that this was a work-related issue. I asked if he was a collection agency, which he replied "No". He's called several times before, always using a different name, but it's the same story.

Some guy calls pretending to be officer Joe Brown from the legal department of ACS.  This is a total scam as I have never had business with this place, but somehow they stole my information from somewhere.

Received a call at work... my line did not ring but call went into voicemail. No numbers were listed... and Officer Joe Brown... and he hesitated twice when telling me his name like he didn't even know his own name... heavy accent... said I was under federal investigation and I needed to call 973-929-2279 I understood the company or the agency to be ATF. but with such a heavy accent it was hard to be sure what was said.

I have been receving calls from these people for about two months now, the last call was this week, from a #000000000 number to my cell phone, they called for 30 minutes straight, (I did not answer).  I was off work and they called my job, telling the operator that this was a legal matter and if I don't call them back in 1-2 days I will be arrested!  I want them stopped.  Is there anyway of sueing them?

this guy name officer james wilson at 973-929-2279 keeps calling, now he is calling my work saying i owe money, which i dn, he also claims that i will be arrested, i am nervous and dn want these calls at my work. i have been threaten every time this guy calls.

This obviously East Indian fellow going by the name John Martin tole me he was representing a Payday Loan company and I will be arrested if I do not give him more thatn $500 to settle a claim.

They are legal department of acs.
