[Visitor] no did not answer. they do not leave a vm [Visitor] I figure if important, they will/should leave a message with their intent of call [Mark] DUNS Number Support can be reached at 1.800.234.3867 - say duns number at the phone prompt. If the automated system does not recognize your voice correctly or does not respond with an exact match for the words duns number. [Mark] Yes, my apologies. I'm only guessing that is who it is. [Visitor] Just trying to confirm if this number actually belongs to D&B. I work for the Better Business Bureau and am skeptical of answering any calls that I do not recognize or does not leave message(s) [Mark] The customer service duns number phone number I shared should be able to look up any****ential cases. I do not have access to them in my department. [Mark] That phone number is NOT Dun & ***dstreet. Dunn and ***dstreet called. They are scammers. Three years ago we fell victim to one of their scams and paid them a few ***dred dollars for nothing. LISTEN TO THE PEOPLE WHO ARE REPORTING THIS AS SCAM AND SPAM! It is! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Dunn & ***dstreet, once use to be a reputable company, now they are just scammers trying to make you join for a few ***dred dollars. They go so far as to employing people to post positive reviews in different blogs and sites. Stay away don't fall for it.

I received a call from this number and the caller seemed to be reading from a script in a high pressure sales pitch tone. He asked me to answer a few questions to update "Dun & ***dstreet's" records. Funny, but the caller ID did not show a "Dun & ***dstreet" name. The caller seemed impatient and became insistent (two red flag "tells" that this was a scam call, so I abruptly told the caller that no information would be given out over the phone, and since the caller had the business address that he could mail a letter requesting the information, and it would be reviewed. This was quickly followed by my cautioning the caller that if he is a scammer I do not want to be called a***n, and if he really is "Dun & ***dstreet" I would receive a letter. If I receive another call I will report the number to the NJ State Police and block the number.

Have called us for the last 3 mornings at 6 a.m. Pacific Time. We do not answer ... will put a block on their number. SCAMMERS ... do not answer their calls!

Did not answer and they left no message. If it were truly D&B, they'd already know your name and info...your business profile includes all of this. Doubt they'd be asking for "anyone from management".

You would have had to ask d&b to call or w***ver setup your small business must have they setup a profile for your business it is a industry standard. There maybe an indian person who calls but they call from the states, all you ***k****s who sit there and bash on peoples race, go ***k yourself you ***king redneck hillbilly backwoods trailer trash ***gots, you give Americans a bad name. Especially that sand ****** ****, look here you ****** mother ***ker say so****ing back and I'll give you my a address in Texas and say it to my face you ***got**** *****.

I asked D&B to call me and they did.

folks, I got this call as well. unlike those of you that do not have business with Dun & ***dstreet, I do. They are legit...the company is a "business classification" company and is a standard around the world. if you s**** a small business, you have to build credit and credibility and signing up for a D-U-N-S number is one of the best way to do that. If you own a business and do not sign up with D&B, eventually they will****ign your business a number and profile anyway. Don't fret, just be careful with your sensitive information. If you are a business owner and they call you and you're leery of giving info over the phone, ask them if you can call them back on D&B's 800#. WWW.dandb.com

Phishing scam

I got a call from Operator "Mila" with an Indian(with a dot) accent at this number, they left a message, "This is Dunn and ***dstreet, we're calling for anyone from the management to create a business information report for [company name], please call us immediately at 1800-872-4349 and reference case number 02496954". I have no business with this company, and am for certain they are only phishing for my personal information by posing as some type of professional company.

They called three times today and I declined each time. Total spammer--even after each decline tried to get my personal info so "they can do***ent" that they've spoken with me. No way am I ever going to share that with them.

They keep calling and ****ing up

Their Caller ID is UNKNOWN. Left message practically identical to Veronica's....

They were fishing for info, i s****ed to tell them were not interested in any services, io informed them we offer business services...he said okay and ***g up
