It is probably a collection company.  I had a similar situation, idiots were dialing the wrong number. Don't complain, you can get PAID because these idiots are calling you even if you do owe someplace money. Report it to www.centenniallawoffices.com   Click on "Debtor Relief" and then there is a link to report collection telephone harassment and get paid.
