Who is this your number keeps coming up on my phone?

it shares my first name and seems to be a fraudulent name given. the last name is an old screen name of mine from online. this number was piggy backed onto another person's number in a 'group call' via FaceTime on iMessage or apple's service

BL calls almost daily. No one answers if you pick up the phone and they won't leave a message.
