Leave a CommentThese people call me almost EVERY SINGLE DAY about reducing debt. I don't even listen to the whole voice mail, I just delete it. I think they call from a different number every time. I have absolutely NO debt (no credit cards or anything) so I have no idea where they got my number from.
Re: Calls from 978-570-2368 Anyone interested in joining me in filing a class action suit a***nst this company, please send email message to [email protected]. I have already filed a complaint with the *****chusetts consumer Complaint Department at mass.gov/consumercomplaint.

Calls originating with this number have been leaving voicemails for months... I choose to ignore the call and let it roll to voicemail and then just delete the message - yes it's annoying, yes it's frustrating, yes they don't remove your number if actually answer the call, so why get upset about it?.... just ignore calls from numbers's you don't recognize like any reasonable person should do... this doesn't consume cell plan minutes.
They call me EIGHT times a day and **** up on me when I press "1" to speak with someone and ask them nicely to take me off the list.I JUST moved and JUST got this phone number - I just don't understand!!!!How do we make them stop?
They are calling my teenaged daughter who has no debt in her name at all. they are really getting on my nerves...calling multiple times in an hour now. I can not believe someone is dumb enough to work for this company. I understand being desparate in these times but this is ridiculous. We have asked to be put on the do not call list several times in the past week, and it is not helping. Any other suggestions?
This number is for debt reduction services.
Screen your calls and DON'T answer, let 'em talk to an answering ma****e. They call here every other day.
We receive several calls a day from this outfit. Since we use Uverse I have the option of blocking numbers. However anytime I block one of their numbers they call back with a different caller ID and number. This has been going on for 3 weeks now. We blocked about 5-6 numbers with the same message from Scott already.
calls several times per week even after 9p.m. and when I answer I push 1 to speak to a live person and a recorded message says*****o I am Scott then it ****s up
I was called "f*cking liar" and ***g up on when the girl asked how much unsecured debt I had. Funny thing is, I didn't lie! Has anyone had luck with their state's attorney general's office?
I traced this number to wilmington ma, called their police department and they want everyone to call the police department in your area and report it then they'll call ma police who'll take care of it.
I had a call about 6 times today. I told the guy not to call me anymore as I am not interested and they called twice after.I am tired of them.I need help
this **** called a***n!! anyway I pushed on and some guy came on I asked if this was scott dude said no I'm his brother, I said would you take the hint and stop calling me. This makes 52 times
I receive this call from "Scott" about 3 times a day. The first time I pressed 2 to be removed...they called back the SAME day so I just ***g up. But they continue to call so I pressed 1 as if I'm interested. I told her I wanted to be taken off the calling list. I didn't even get the words out of my mouth and she ***g up on me. The next time, I pressed 1 and a gentleman answered and I told him that I was interested and he could sense the sarcasm in my voice and asked if I wanted to be removed and I told him yes. He wasn't rude. But the last time that they called and I asked to speak to a supervisor/manager...she ***g up on me. This is really making me mad.
They call me at least twice a day....any idea how to get them to stop?
I contacted charter phone (my carrier) and informed them. Its the same as others, the as well as the first time it was from a Sam Roberts, it says if u want to get off the list press a given 1 number,(im so angry i forget the number) however we called and the guy harrassed my Wife and we are on the National do not call list the number is 888-382-1222 but it takes up to 1 month to activate.
Same recording and when I spoke to a rep to get my name removed the guy ***g up. Then they called back 4 hours later and I picked up the phone and they ***g up without the recording even playing.

We have a ***nd new phone number and within 2 days of getting it, these people have been calling daily or even more often. I will be filing a complaint with the consumer protection division of the Washington State Attorney General's Office. We have told them to take our number off their list and they **** up before we get the last word out; if we ask to speak to a manager, they **** up. I don't understand how they think that this would be effective marketing. Anyway, same caller ID and number (WINNERS4U and 978-570-2368).
Phoned and left no message.
same as above, upon calling them back they say press 1 to be removed form thie rcall list, but it does no good at all
When the call came in I pressed 1 to speak with a rep, and when I asked her why she was calling she ***g up. These people need to be stopped.
THIS GUY CALLS SEVERAL TIMES PER WEEK! WE ARE ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST. WE WOULD LIKE TO PRESS CHARGES A***NST THIS OUTFIT. THE CALLER ID CAME THROUGH AS "WINNERS4U" AND THE NUMBER 1-978-570-2368. SEEMS LIKE THE NEW YORK STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL COULD TAKE CARE OF THESE PEOPLE.
Falsely identified as WINNERS4U on phone caller ID screen. When you answer, you get recorded message from "Scott" offering you a way to consolidate debt. I receive this same recorded message several times a week from various phone numbers and it is VERY annoying.Press 1 to be connected to a live representative.Representative immediately asks you questions about your debt.I asked to speak to a supervisor. Representative continued to ask questions. I a***n asked to speak to a supervisor. Representative said okay and then promptly disconnected the call. Our phone number is unlisted and on the national no-call list, but I have no idea how to get rid of these people. Very disruptive!
