Leave a CommentExpress Scripts is a real company that has no idea how to treat customers. Repeated DAILY robo-calls are well beyond annoying, when it's a 'reminder' for a prescription that does not need to be renewed for 2 more months. Even with their lousy delivery time of 2 to 3 weeks AFTER placing an order, 2 months in advance is ridiculous. If my insurance plan did not REQUIRE that I purchase prescriptions from these IDIOTS, I'd be gone in an instant.
Express scripts keeps calling with useless, annoying reminder calls. This amounts to harassment!
I was getting ready to sue this company, but did not have the patience. For months, I have been receiving calls from them asking for one of 2 patients saying that the order is ready to be filled. It's annoying, and time consuming. I am a physician, and I can say that this can also be dangerous - since clearly, I am not the patient that they are trying to reach, and so the real person(s) may know nothing about this! After emailing them through their website, and trying to reach them multiple times, I finally got through to them via 1-800-206-4005 (option 0). Still took almost an hour of my time... but I do hope I do not get any more calls from them!! WOW!
This is Express Scripts calling to remind of prescription medicine. Automated call
Has called several times saying that they need me to call them back so I can fill out a prescription. Even if I was taking medication, I have the common sense to know when my medication is getting low and then call a pharmacy to have it refilled!
I called the 800 number above. They say 9787123588 is Express Scripts and to call them at 877-828-9744 and get your number removed.
There was a long pause after I said*****o, I said*****o a***n and an automated voice said, "thank you. what is your phone number?" I ***g up immediately. Express scripts usually says, "hello this is express scripts..." and yes those phone calls are very annoying. I don't use the service anymore after they lost my order and double charged me.
When I answered, the was no reply. I said*****o a***n and then an automated voice asked said "thank you" and for my phone number. I ***g up.
Could you forward these complaints to 8004429300 Unicare? Express Scripts provides this service for them. Perhaps they can use their service to stop these irritating calls.
Multiple calls to wrong name, telling me that my order is ready, etc.
It is the ExpressScripts auto-reminder/prescription available number. It's just an automatic system calling.
