They contacted me with the name of Sarah, claimed to be recovering numbers and came across mine. Then claimed to work for an NGO.

This number called my daughter's cell phone. She has a new number so we don't know how they got it. They breathed heavily into the phone for a sec then ***g up. Not sure who they are.
