I am also recieving calls from this co. isn't it ilegal to claim to be an attorney if they are just a collection agency

Got a call from some guy saying this, "If this is not ****x then **** up, but if you listen to the message that means you are this person and owe us money on a debt.  Call back  what ever law firm today". Gave a different number to call back vs the one he called from.  He also claimed he is an attorney.   I have several attorneys in my family and they do not ever leave messages like this at all.  Don't care who they are but they did call my work number and boss will get after them if they keep calling...lol  No joke, I kind of hope they are really that ****** to do it.

I rec'd a call from someone from KMBC wanting to verify my social security number.  The number they called me from was 7-978-826-1297. According to my phone this number is located in Peabody, MA.  I am not going to verify anything from a company or person representing a company that cannot provide me with why the are calling me.

Crystal from either KMBC or Cambece Law Firm continues to call several times a week, but will not leave a message other than to say I need to call her back. Perhaps if she said what she wanted, I'd be more inclined to call back, but who wants to talk to a lawyer? :)

they are calling me weekly, claiming i owe B of A $4,000 and they will sue to collect. i told them to mail me everything and i would take a look to resolve the issue. but they mailed nothing and still keep calling weekly wasting my minutes... maybe its time i seek an attorney on them for harassment?

Received call a couple of days ago from Cambece Law Firm showing this caller ID number.  I don't recall the name of the woman I spoke with, but she said that she was representing a collection agency that was collecting past due accounts for WaMu.  My husband does have a card with WaMu.  When I told her that we did not have funds to make a settlement on the account, she said that I did not sound very concerned about the debt and that I should go to someone in my family to see if they would lend us the money.

Dwight Bagley.  Calls and is illegally pshing, looking for information and asking for peoples social security numbers.  S****s asking about credit reports and could very possibly be falsely. reporting.  Sounds like a kids with an airplane. Was also calling me from an 800 phone number one my ******ia Land Line.
