Leave a CommentThis is from Express Scrips they are my home service for prescriptions. I never answer these calls since they don't have their name showing. They leave a message & I call back. I think they should be told that they must show their name Express Scrips instead of just a phone number.ThanksRuth
I just filed a complaint with the FCC about these guys.First call was an interactive automated system. It asked me if I was a particular person by name (I don't remember the name) - I answered "no".It then asked if I was the correct phone number, I said "no".It then asked if I could take a msg for that person, I answered "no".It then asked if I could take a msg, period, and I said "no".It then tried to UPSELL ME!! - so I ***g up.The second call was from a different number in the same area code. Same company, similar message left on my voicemail.I believe that my informing the system that it had the WRONG NUMBER cons***utes a "do-not-call" acknowledgement. I did not expect this company to attempt to call me back a***n after notifying it that they had the wrong number. Seems like an outbound tele-spam campaign to me, complete with fake event reminding. They also call from 978-605-2850.
i get a message from this prescription service at least once a week, alerting me to their shipping a script to someone that is not me. My calls to them to correct the problem have failed. good thing i'm on an unlimited call plan
this is from Express Scripts - about prescriptions being sent to home.
