I stopped using this dentist.  About every month, I get a call bugging me to set up an appointment.  I tell them no, and now more recently ask them to stop calling.  I also left vmail, fax, and email to no avail they do not return my calls or respond.  They call from more than one number so it is hard to block the "moving target".  I have 5? or so of their numbers on my block list, and noticed recently on my incoming list I got a "hit", in which they got a recording.  I've contacted the BBB.  This usually works with local businesses as the BBB letters get real attention.
