The appointment reminder calls are too aggressive. Their automated robocaller appointment reminder calls multiple times before an appointment, s****ing a month in advance. When I called then up, I've asked if they could reduce the number of calls, they could not do that but stopped the calls alltogether. No furher calls gave been received after that.
