Dawn Got the exact same message as L Burchwell. They also gave me a # to call #956-377-1621 But every time I call it, it says call can not be completed at this time please call again.

L Burchwell Have received several calls, claim to be from Internal Revenue Services (note the "S" on the end) not Internal Revenue Service IRS Say they are going to file a suit against me. Clearly a SCAM Do not fall for this one

Cynde I have received no legal documents from IRS about owing any back taxes and we have paid all of our taxes yet we are consistently getting calls from this number in Somerville, TX. stating we ate being sued for back taxes. When I call the number back during the day it is typically busy and at night it just said the person was not available to leave a message. Obviously, if IRS was trying to contact you, it would be from the IRS and should come across the caller ID as IRS, at least when you return the call be smart to have it answer IRS as the message. What a joke, like I would give them information.

3/28/08 @2:52 pm. This # has called my # several times. My caller ID says the call came from Somersvill, TX. No message was left and when you try to call the # back, it just rings.
