today i got the same call. and ***k i did it. i give first time my info. they was asking to confirm my zipcode my cr. card number, and exp.day. i before they give all inform about me like how many credit card i have, what the available balance. and they told me that its offer for me to get low rate interst for cr. card with i have more than 3 000$. after when i told that i still have 0% a representative told me that he cant to do 6 % because i already have 0%. after i run to a bank and close all my credit card. and all this happened after i check my credit report on scoresense.com. if some did the same what i did let me know. i afraid to get in trouble

Anyone I know in Texas would call my house phone as they don't know my cell phone number. If this is someone about lowering interest rates, must be the rats coming out of the walls since we are buying our house. I hate these people!

They say it is account services and you have to press 1 to lower your interest rate - scaM!! And they called my cell phone!

When you answer, a message just says, "Account services. This is your last notice to reduce interest rates. Press 1 to speak to a live operator." Well, which account is it exactly? I say it's a scam to press 1 and "adjust your rate" by giving SS# info and credit card numbers to unknown phone solicitors. I blocked number.
