robocall threatening legal action in the state I am living in if I don't contact them.
Called said with Student Loan Processing Dept. Voicemail left with directions to return call before 6pm that day. When call return could never get Andrew Von or anyone else on the phone; call responded by computer generated response guided service. Call either disconnected or put on an endless hold with No Response.
