LEN BURNS Lady called Summer McCain like (john McCain) claims she is doing a legal review a***nst me. Says she has my credit report and know my financial position. S**** with a legal talk off. When as her bar # and agency Lic info she could not answer . Then she gives the going to Sue spill, judgement, and garnishee my accounts, wages etc. Tells me she can take or freeze my personal****ets, bank accounts, stocks etc. Now this is over a $1800 so****ing account for a septic pump work done by Wind River/EarthCare Services, on a rental I lived in. My reply please go ahead , sue me over a property I do not own and landlord was over billed for the tank amount pumped. Then she proceeds to let me know she has verf' my employement status for garnishment. I have reached my limit, reporting this agency to the FTC, my research finds no Lic to do bus in Maryland, and have a negative ratings with the better business bureau. I think that they need to be sued and stop the lies and false claims pretending an attorney, pulling credit reports etc. I have also filed a complaint with the 3 credit bureau companies a***nst This US Impact for allowing them to ***n my credit report without my knowledge.
