iPhone User Reported as scam

Called me at 4:45am, local time. Went to voice mail, there was about 30 seconds of silence, then they ***g up. I called the number back, got voice mail. I basically said 'Who are you and why are you calling me at this hour?' They called back a***n, someone attempted to speak but it was really garbled and kept breaking up. I suspect it was a scam of some sort.
