Well they contacted me and it is a scam. They left me on the phone and said I think she is cat****g on. They c****e the name of the guy calling every time they call somebody! Turn them into the BBB and the FCT and they will have to stop calling you!

I received a phone call today on my cell from 201-215-4690 a "Mark Williams" with a HEAVY accent left a message stating it was Urgent I called and that he was calling about a lawsuit. He also called my job 2x and my cell a***n within 2 hours. This is NUTS!!!!!

Does anybody have the name Paul Wilson call them? He calls everyday really annoying. I cannot understand him. But the next time he calls me, I am ready for him.

They will not leave me alone.  They do not have my name.  How do I make them stop?

i just recieved a call from this number.  1/31/11he said he is with "legal department" but would not give an actual company namehe said he recieved a complaint in my namei ***g up and he called right backi have blocked his number

I got the call today from a guy names John Mathew with a very heavy middel eastern accent.  He said I received a $300 payday loan back in december that I never paid back.  What he could not tell me was the date the loan was deposited into my account, the name of the company I got the payday loan from.  The amount was for $300 then a $100 processing fee.  During the conversation he ***g up on me, when I called back, his call forwarding clicked over and I was on hold for over 5 minutes.  I called back a***n and he said he could provide me all the information about the loan in an email.  I have not recieved the email.  I called him back 1 last time and the message was from  magic jack saying that the person I was calling was not avaiable at this time to leave a message.  I report in being filed with my local police department as will as the States Attornery General's office, and Federal Trade Commission.  I would advise anyone who gets a call like this to do the same.  GIVE NO INFORMATION> PERIOD!!!!

Got a call this morning talking so****ing about a lawsuit.

i received a call from this number, and the person in it was threatening me, and ask me about personal information, i dont know the name of the company just say officer paul vincent or so****ing like that.

I am being threatened with a lawsuit by w***ver this is for a unpaid payday loan.

they keep calling me at work.  i don't know what they are calling about.  they say they are from some cash advance company legal department.  i have asked several times for them to either mail, email, or fax me the information they are calling about, but they say they can't or won't do that.  very heavy accent.

Keeps calling my work all times a day I have requested for them to stop calling me. I explained to them i don't know what he talking about but he still keep calling. he talks rude to anyone who answer the phone.leaving msg on my phone talking about lawsuites...

i keep receiving calls at my number, what is this??? is really annoying since they call me at all times.
