This subject introduces themselves via a created Qimmah Russo Instagram account and says she is connecting with her fans. The subject invites the fan to their WhatsApp account via the aforementioned telephone number. The subject asks for a donation to be sent to http://www.paypal.me/DavionneGhee. The subject later c****ed telephone numbers and provide the fan with a new telephone number 858-376-3996.

Checking to see if this phone number has a red flag, I think someone is phishing me from this 201 #

JP I got a call from this number randomly... there was a lot of background noise and someone talking inaudibly where I could not understand them. At that point the call ***g up.
