got a call from a women saying that she was a investigator  wanting to speak with my husband i asked what the problem was and she could not answer and kept asking me what my phone number was and husband name is i said to her you called us and i ***g up.

Recieved a second call from 202-214-7895 on 9/8 at 1:39pm. Same "testing, testing..Recieved a call from the same number a few days earlier Very irritating that they leave this message, especially when I am on the no call list.
