Recieved a second call from 202-214-7895 on 9/8 at 1:39pm. Same "testing, testing..Recieved a call from the same number a few days earlier Very irritating that they leave this message, especially when I am on the no call list.

called and said testing testing 123Someone stop this.

This is the second night in a row, at about 5:15PM EST and then 5:18PM EST respectively over the last 2 nights.  I didn't answer either time, but I did try to call back the number tonight, and it said that this number was disconnected.

Update. Just got a call this morning, went to my answering ma****e.  Same man's voice; left a marketing spiel, said to press "2" leave my name and phone number and his company will call back. First time I got the message I went an information quest.  This is what I found out.  The name is unl;isted, but it is listed to a mobile phone.  The company for the mobile phone is Arch Wireless Holdings, Inc.  When I called DC to get the phone number, it turns out their are three phone numbers and three addresses for this firm.  I called all three and a loud tone, like a fax ma****e, picks up the call.Here are the phone numbers and addresses that I found:(202) 526-3391 - 4300 Harewood, Washington D.C. 20017(202) 842-1095 - 1275 K St., Washington D.C. 20005(202) 338-3745 - 2730 Wisconsin, Washington D.C. 20007I got in touch with a staff writer at the Times and told him about the first call.  I sent him all this information to see if he can find out what is going on.  I have not heard back from him yet, but I am going to send him the updated information about his morning's call.I hope the information will help you so that you can maybe get someone in your area to s**** checking this out also. Because they don't tell you the name of their company and simply ask you to press "2" and leave you name and phone number, to me this seems that there might be a very nasty scam s****ing.  This is really creepy and should be investigated.

Received a call on the home phone from this guy saying testing testing 1, 2, 3.

7 Sept 2007I just received a call from that number on my cell phone that I just activated. I did not answer it because I didn't give out my number to anyone yet.

This is irritating.  I am on the national no-call list, yet I get these kind of calls.  What recourse do I have?

I just received a call from 202-214-7895 for the first time tonight.  It showed up on my caller ID as from Washington D.C.  The call came in at 8.32 p.m.   I let the answering ma****e pick up and it was a male voice saying testing testing 1,2,3.  I am also on the do not call list.  So why am I receiving these calls?

Received a call at 6:54pm tonight,it was a telemarketer about Jobs their Company had Open,I ***g up.I've got My Phone # on the Don't call List but I guess that don't matter.

Caller said testing testing testing.  Call received at 7:59pm CST on Sept.04.2007  I am in Illinois.

Sept 5th 9:30am.  Got a call this morning from 202 214-7895 Washington D.C. area code, and my answering ma****e picked up.  There was a pause and then a man said "Testing, one, two,three" and then ***g up.  Found out number is not listed, was told by my operator that it is probably a callout number only. What the heck is going on?  My number is unlisted. This seems to have s****ed just this month. Phone company, of course, is no help.

I just received a call from this number.  They asked me to presee 2 and leave my telephone number to receive more information.  I concluded that this is a marketing company and they were checking the line earlier this month.  Its it the DC area.

I keep getting a call from this number 202-214-7895 he says testing 1 2 3 and ****es up. I am fed up with it.

Sept 1st @ 11:48am MST is 2nd time to have received a call from this number with same man's voice on answering both times saying "Testing testing one two three

second time this month received a call from this number at 5:00 p.m. PST Sept.2, 2007..I  let the answering ma****e pick the call up as it did with the last call I got from Washington..as before it was a man saying testing..testing 123 .. I called the number and it said it was not a known number?

I received a call from this number twice around 8pm  on two seperate nites, I didn't pick up so the answering ma****e did, at the tone a mans voice just says testing testing one, two, three and then ****s up.  It was te same voice both times.
