SCAMMER
My 90 year old mom got the same call. They tried to convince her to pay $500 through Green Dot to claim her $3.5 million in prize money. When she refused and said it was a scam she later got a call claiming it was from some Consumer Protection Agency She thought that I had reported it so****umed that was a legit call - NOT! I did not give her info to anyone. Beware!
I just got a message from this number saying I won 3.5 million dollars on sept.9,2014.
I also got a call from this number saying I was the winner for 3.5 million dollars. Scam
Caller left a voicemail message that 'Tom White was the winner of 3.5 million dollars and that it was essential that he call Mr. Kennedy back at 202-239-2141." No other details were given. There is no "Tom White" who resides at the telephone number called. I did not return the call.
